When you place an order on our website we require full payment via Paypal before your order is accepted.

After making a full payment you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order.

When we have processed your order, you will receive an email notifying you that your order has been dispatched (Confirmation of Dispatch email).

The contract between us (the seller) and you (the buyer) will only be formed when we send you the Confirmation of Dispatch email.

The prices of our products are listed on the website, except in cases of obvious error. The prices include VAT but exclude delivery charges. Delivery charges will be added at checkout.
